Return and refund policy:
All fine art prints are made to order and printed specifically for each customer. Because of this, no stock is held, and every item is considered custom-made at the time of purchase.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect size selection, ordering errors, or differences in color perception between screens and printed artwork. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, a replacement or refund will be provided.To request assistance, please contact within 7 days of delivery and include:
Order number
Description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once the claim is approved, a replacement will be sent at no cost or a refund will be issued.
Minor variations in color, texture, and contrast may occur due to differences in screen displays, printing processes, and materials. These variations are not considered defects. If an order is lost in transit or marked as undelivered, the issue will be investigated with the carrier. If the order is confirmed lost, a replacement or refund will be provided.
